“I am so grateful to visit a doctor’s office where I am treated well by everyone! I not only value Dr. Clune’s skill as a physician, but also appreciate the kindness shown by those working at the front desk, and the people I initially see in the exam room before the doctor comes in. There can sometimes be a wait, but patients are informed of that before the appointment and I have found that I am usually finished before the normal wait time. I have left practices because of rude office staff, even though I was very happy with the doctor. Not going to happen at this office!”

Her expertise was so evident coupled with the fact that she was kind, patient, and affirming. Dr. Krasnick, assisted by Carissa, followed with a thorough exam and top-notch explanation on the current status of my eye health. To me, he is the best in his field, which is why I have been going to him for at least 20 years and despite the fact that I live in Novi and have to travel a distance. Julie was very helpful and kind, preparing me for all of the pre-surgery information, dates, and connecting me with a pharmacy that was timely, and delivered the Rx eye drops right to my door.
